Building on the Foundation services, I serve as a dedicated advocate, managing communication between healthcare teams, assisting with scheduling, reviewing and clarifying treatment plans or second opinions, and coordinating care among specialists, primary care providers, and family members. I also provide advocacy during key appointments (virtually or in person), ongoing progress monitoring, and regular care plan updates.
